- Submit your photo in the highest possible resolution. If using a smartphone, choose the “Actual Size” or original quality option when uploading.
- Trucks and equipment must be photographed in safe, approved applications.
- Ensure the full truck or machine is clearly visible in the shot, with space around it.

Publication
Winners’ names and photographs may be published on inland-group.ca and the Contest Sponsor’s social media channels.
By entering the Contest, you grant the Contest Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to publish and use your entry in promotional materials, during or after the Contest, without additional compensation. This includes, but is not limited to, use in print and digital advertising, marketing collateral, email campaigns, calendars, online galleries, and social media content.
Copyright
Photographic entries must not violate any laws or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other proprietary rights. Entries must not contain any material that is defamatory, libelous, or otherwise unlawful.
Entrants are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions, licenses, releases, and waivers of moral rights from any third parties involved in the creation of the photograph, including copyright holders and any identifiable individuals, to allow for the Contest Sponsor’s full use of the image. These permissions must cover the right to reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, display, publish, license, and broadcast the photograph in any medium, worldwide and without limitation.
Entrants retain ownership of their photographs, but by submitting an entry, each entrant (or their parent/guardian, if applicable) grants the Contest Sponsor a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, and non-exclusive license to use the photograph for promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use in print and digital marketing, advertising, merchandise, and other promotional materials.
By entering, each entrant (or their parent/guardian, if applicable) represents and warrants that they have the full legal right to grant this license and to submit the photograph under these terms.
